Rainy Saturday at home. Need to do some cleaning. Won't be able to hang my laundry outside - sigh!
Was pleased to find the next library book in the Irish Country series had been returned today even though it wasn't due til 7/20. I was returning the other two in the series I had finished last night. We briefly visited the Farmer's Market on the remodeled square til it started raining, then ran to Main Grain for a freshly baked loaf of the awesome fig fennel hazelnut bread.
Wow, I'm so glad we bought that lamb. We have had so many superb meals from it already and there's plenty more in the freezer yet to come. I used fresh herbs from my herb garden in every dish for dinner tonight: rosemary with the potatoes, rosemary and sage with the lamb, and basil and thyme with the zucchini.
