Eating out twice yesterday with veggie curry at lunch and sushi with soy sauce for dinner put a little too much sodium in the system and the scale is back up again today. Sigh! Just gotta keep trying.

This weekend I need to get the house ready. Geoff and Michelle arrive next Friday and they'd like to crash at our house that night when we are going to St. Brendan's. They will meet us the following day for the excursion in to Door Co. I had sent them the link to see if they wanted to get a room at St. Brendan's too, but they would prefer to go the other route.

Wore the knee brace for hiking tonight and my knee feels great! No strain whatsoever.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 154 g strawberries, coffee
10:45 am 1 Kopiko Cappucino hard candy
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, med peach
2:00 pm 2 16-oz iced coffees w/1 oz skim milk and Truvia
8:30 pm Wedge cranberry almond loaf, Brown Cow 0% vanilla Greek yogurt, 175 g mango
