Felt better about having enough energy to get through the entire 70 min exercise video this morning. Also the scale was down about a pound at the beginning of the week - a nice change of pace. It usually goes down a bit during the week, but Mondays are usually the worst. Hoping that cutting back a bit is starting to reap results.
I was right, the sweet white wine is also delicious cold from the fridge when the weather is hot.
It was so pleasant and cool sitting outside to read after supper that I'm actually contemplating a quick dip in the hot tub before bed. Unless it's so warm upstairs that I fear I'd overheat in a bit.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 144 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, med peach, 170 g raspberries
5:45 pm 5 oz white wine
6:15 pm 6 oz bacon-wrapped tenderloin, 1/2 c heirloom rice blend, salad w/curly lettuce, 1/2 peach, 1/8 c blueberries, 12 oz skim milk
7:30 pm 1/2 c Schwan's brownie fudge frozen yogurt
