Must have forgotten to start the blog this morning, or more likely to save what I entered. Thought I slept well; guess I must have still been asleep.
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. Likely won't come early enough for Farmer's Market since it will be crowded with Art on the Square. Enough to do our usual grocery store runs and a nice meal. I'll bring a Groupon for that excellent Mexican fine dining place on Whitney Way if you're interested.
Was really exhausted hiking tonight; couldn't handle the whole route so we turned around partway out and went to the Dane instead. Better to do what you can than nothing at all. I'm tired of being tired, though. Maybe it's because I'm carrying about 10-12 pounds more than I should?

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 142 g strawberries, coffee
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1 c Shreddies (last one, sigh), 1/2 c light original soy milk, med peach
5:00 pm Yoplait Chocolate Eclair parfait
7:15 pm Pint wheat beer, 3 oz sesame seared ahi tuna, large salad, 1 tbl soy peanut dressing, pea pods, 1/2 c sobe noodles, 1 scoop coconut bliss ice cream
