Glad to hear that Del Fosse is worth doing. The description of Crepe Day had my mouth watering. I did manage to switch us to the Amherst location which is much closer to Faber, home of Del Fosse. Flights and lodging are set, just waiting for an offer of better rates on rental car from Hotwire. Often if I go to the site and just look, I get an email in a day or two offering me even lower rates.
Lovely dinner here with the Hartmans followed by pie at their house and a walk to the fireworks which really outdid themselves for Stevens Point.

8:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 150 g strawberries
11:45 am 2 crepes, 1/2 c blueberries in light syrup, coffee
5:45 pm 5 oz merlot/cabernet blend, 3 oz chicken w peanut sauce, 1 tbl toasted coconut, 1/2 c roasted red potatoes, 1 tbl roasted Vidalia onions, mixed green salad, 1/8 c chopped fresh peaches, 1/8 c blueberries, 1 tbl toasted pecans
7:00 pm Slice rhubarb pie, 1/2 c vanilla ice cream
