Tues 26 Jul

Lovely cool night, slept well. Frustrated because scale has gone up for the past two days after I thought it was finally heading down last week. I didn't think I ate that much in Door Co and we did get in a hike at Newport on Saturday. I could have cried when I saw 140 on the scale Monday morning. I don't want to put weight back on again.

I think I should get some negative-calorie credit on the steak sandwich for lunch from Water St Grille. It was tasty but took a lot of work to chew off bites. Would hate to order something like that on a first date!


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 119 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am 5 oz grilled sirloin, 1/8 c grilled onions, 1/8 c grilled mushrooms, 1 oz swiss cheese, kaiser bun, mini square of raspberry layer cake
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
8:00 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 146 g strawberries, 1 c unpitted sweet cherries

5:05-6:00 am Buns/Abs of Steel 2000 video
5:05-5:25 pm Walk downtown
5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class
6:50-7:10 pm Walk home
