It's harder to get out of bed in the mornings when it's finally a little cooler when falling asleep has been made difficult by sticky, stagnant air. The ceiling fan helps some.
Got a morning of 4-hour mandatory training on a funding program to look forward to today. Can hardly wait.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 157 g strawberries, coffee
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, .4 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, 106 g cinnamon roll, med peach
4:45 pm 6 TJ's Chicken Shu Mai dumplings w/sauce, blueberry/rhubarb muffin
7:45 pm Sm lemon bar
8:00 pm Culver's hot fudge on toffee pecan custard
