I have to get a cavity filled this morning for the first time in a long time. Hopefully it is an experience I will not need to repeat often.
My quads are sore. I assume it's from hiking in Door Co, but I can still feel it. Especially during squats this morning. But the quad stretch at the end of the routine felt wonderful.
Had half of the first entree we brought home from Vittoria's in Appleton from our Italian dinner. We will get two meals out of this one, so also likely the other. Since we had a nice meal at the restaurant with soup and sauteed scallop appetizer and tiramisu with wine, not a bad haul for $35.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate-frosted cinnamon scone, blueberry soy shake
12:30 pm 1 pc Kaap's chocolates
3:15 pm 3/4 c vanilla ice cream, 1/2 c Mug root beer
6:15 pm 1 c fettucine, 1 c sauteed mushrooms, 1 tbl onions, 1/4 c spinach, 1/8 c walnuts, olive oil, 1/2 pkg Pictsweet spring vegetables, 12 oz skim milk
