Tues 29 May

My hips and legs are sore, both during the night and yet today. Wondering if this is the aftermath of starting to run. Seems unlikely since the program starts so slowly but it could be cumulative effects of other exercises in the mix. My left ankle is also feeling a little strained. Walk Wisconsin is this weekend, so hopefully all the aches and pains will resolve before then.
