Home again, and hopefully back to good eating habits. I allowed myself too much junk (e.g. donuts from the breakfast bar!) in Door Co. I did get a good walk/hike in daily, but still..... Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, chocolate-frosted cinnamon scone, 138 g strawberries 2:00 pm Iced coffee, 1 oz skim milk, Equal 4:00 pm 20 oz diet Coke Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Burn It Up DVD
