MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU!!! We are going to First Nighters tonight prior to attending Danstage. Joan and Jack gave us their First Nighters tickets as I expect they get in free anyway as the head choreographer. It should be a fun evening. I have a breakfast visit with one of my clients this morning so I'm doing the fruit at home and hoping to get oatmeal there. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, slice nuttygrain bread, 1 tbl Fisher PB, 1/4 large cantaloupe 1:15 pm 2 Fiesta malted milk eggs 5:45 pm 5 oz zinfandel, 5 oz chicken breast, fruit salad, 1/2 c roasted red potatoes, 1/2 c grilled vegetables, small slice apple pie Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am The Firm Bootcamp DVD
