Last night's sleep went by really fast. Would have liked it to last longer. Not that I'm really overtired today, but a little longer in bed would really have been appreciated. Yesterday was a pretty full day with hiking in the evening, so maybe tonight will need some scheduled downtime.
Someone put out a Hardee's cinnamon raisin biscuit for grabs. I haven't had one for ages!
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee
9:30 am 1 Hardee's cinnamon raisin biscuit
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 78 g challah, 152 g strawberries
12:30 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
3:15 pm 1 oz garlic dill pretzels
6:00 pm 5 oz grilled seasoned salmon filet, 1/2 c grilled diced sweet potatoes, 1 tbl diced Vidalia onion, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 1/2 c Steamables snap peas, carrots, & cauliflower, 12 oz skim milk
6:30 pm Jello Sugar Free dark chocolate pudding cup
