Happy Memorial Day! Hope the weekend has been awesome for all. Hope you have good weather for the long drive back to Portland - safe travels! I was really tired at the end of the day yesterday. Having less than two hours to prepare for the cookout was a little stressful, but once Kurt and Barb arrived, I could relax and enjoy the evening. I was surprised at how wiped out I felt afterward. My Fitbit indicated it was not a very active day, but my body begged to differ. Food: 7:30 am Morning bun, New Zealand pear, 109 g blackberries, coffee 1:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 106 g blueberry scone, 139 g strawberries 2:45 pm 1 pc Schwan's peppermint dark chocolate bon bon ice cream treat 4:30 pm 2 c kettle corn 5:30 pm 3.6 oz grilled sirloin, 1 c fresh spinach, 1/2 c fresh arugula, 1/2 c sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c chopped tomato, serving quinoa salad, 5 oz black sangria Exercise: 10:15-11:05 First day of Couch Potato to 5K plan w/warmup walk, 8 cycles of 60 sec jog/90 sec walk, and cool down walk home 11:45-12:25 pm Jane Fonda's Workout with Weights 6:05-7:10 pm Walk with Dad
