Wed 16 May

May is starting to fly by as well. I certainly don't mind if the on-call week flies by. No calls last night was good news. Having a breakfast visit with my client this morning so I'll go for oatmeal again. The restaurant she likes has a hard time with reasonable portions of anything else. I can just eat as much of the oatmeal as I want and leave the rest without feeling guilty. Food: 6:45 am 35 g Swedish coffee bread, 1/2 grapefruit, 84 g raspberries, coffee 8:15 am 2 eggs, 1/4 c hash browns, 2 pc sourdough toast w/butter, 2 pkgs orange marmalade, coffee 11:45 am Cinnamon scone, 143 g strawberries 3:30 pm .2 c butter toffee peanuts (finished a jar that has been on my desk since Christmas) 6:15 pm Grilled chicken apple gouda sausage, Brownberry Select wheat bun, 1 tbl pineapple salsa, 3.25 pineapple rings, .5 tbl rum, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Burn It Up DVD 4:55-5:50 pm Walk
