Welcome home! Hope your Oregon trip was excellent. We'll have to find a Saturday in June when we can come down to Madison to see you. I miss you. Nice to have fresh herbs to cook with again. Food: 7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, New Zealand pear, 88 g raspberries, coffee 11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, blueberry scone, 174 g strawberries 3:15 pm 3 Fiesta malted milk eggs 5:15 pm Calcium chew 6:45 pm 1/4 whole wheat gnocchi, 3 oz extra lean ground beef, 1/8 c chopped Vidalia onion, 1/4 c chopped green pepper, 1/4 c sliced portabella mushrooms, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1 tbl grated fresh parmesan, 5 spears leftover roasted asparagus, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:50-5:50 am Burn It Up DVD
