I slept so well last night, it was simply a delight. Maybe I'm finally on the mend. Doesn't hurt to see a little sunshine out there either.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice nuttygrain bread, 1 tbl Fisher PB, 1/4 large cantaloupe
2:30 pm 1 Dove dark chocolate egg
4:45 pm Nature Valley Oats N Honey granola bar pack
8:00 pm 3 oz grilled chicken, 1/8 c chopped Granny Smith, 1/8 c walnuts, 3 tomato wedges, 1/8 c dried cranberries, mixed salad greens, 1 tsp honey citrus dressing, 4 oz Scotch ale
Exercise:
4:45-5:35 am 10-min Pilates series
5:20-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
