I was quite tired yesterday starting around noon. I took my usual apres-lunch nap, and just never felt rested the remainder of the day. People commented during afternoon staffing that I looked unusually tired. I took it easy in the evening, but then didn't sleep as well because I wasn't sufficiently active during the day. No win.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 84 g raspberries, coffee
10:15 am .75 oz Reese's PB cup
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 47 g date scone, 174 g strawberries
1:20 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
4:45 pm Calcium chew
8:00 pm White sangria, 5 oz meatloaf w/BBQ sauce, 1 c onion haystack straws, 3/4 c green beans, 1/2 c mashed potatoes

4:45-5:45 am Kickboxing DVD
5:30-7:35 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
