I was really tired when the alarm went off this morning. Wasn't a matter of not wanting to exercise, just wanting to sleep more. Will have to try to fit in some short walks again today.
Fitbit stopped recording mid-afternoon yesterday. I think I let it go too long before recharging. Seems to be okay again, I hope.
Having breakfast with my client again today, this time at Ranchitos. Last time we went there, I ordered a Mexican special that was delicious so I plan to look for it again today. That time I had already eaten breakfast so I just tasted it and took the rest home for later. Today I remembered to just eat my fruit so I can enjoy it hot.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 med cantaloupe, 115 g blackberries, coffee
8:15 am Machaca texana, 1/2 c hash browns w/onions, 1 corn/flour tortilla, coffee
11:45 am 2 corn/flour tortillas, 149 g strawberries
5:30 pm Calcium chew
6:30 pm Huckleberry Weizen beer, too many fresh cheese curds (still squeaky and slightly warm!), hamburger, slice processed cheese, whole wheat bun, ketchup, 1 c fruit salad, 1/3 c pasta salad, 1/3 c dark baked beans, small pickle, 1 c chocolate trifle, 4 chocolate dipped strawberries, 2 pc caramel graham cracker snack
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 pm Walk most of way home from ACT shack
