Looks like a nice day today. We're scheduled to hike with Barb tonight if her work schedule isn't too crazy. We hiked last night so it would be two in a row for us, but at this point in the season, I don't expect that would be a problem.
Food:
6:45 am Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee
9:30 am Fruit parfait w/vanilla pudding & graham crumbs, slice cranberry bread
11:30 am 2 veggie egg rolls, many fresh-picked strawberries
2:30 pm Small banana muffin
8:00 pm 4 oz extra lean ground beef, .75 oz fresh mozzarella, 1 tbl ketchup, wheat bun, 6 more strawberries, 12 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:50-5:32 am Crunch Fat-Burning Pilates DVD
5:20-7:10 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
