Had a great weekend hiking in the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore on Saturday. Put in about 7 hours not counting the 20-min lunch break. Took lots of lovely photos and used copious amounts of bug dope. Ate too much though.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 103 g blackberries, 61 g Swedish tea ring, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, 106 g cinnamon bread, 2 tsp soft margarine, 1/3 c 1% cottage cheese, chives, sm peach
12:30 pm 66 g molasses cookie
1:15 pm 10 oz plain iced tea
8:30 pm 3.2 oz extra lean ground beef, 100% whole wheat sandwich thin, large leaf kale, 1 tbl black bean roasted corn salsa, 1/3 c Grillin' Beans, 12 oz skim milk
