Looks like a lovely day. Pilates tonight, and if we have time, we should be able to walk there.
Forgot to switch my Fitbit to the sports bra during exercise this morning, but it does allow me to enter exercise manually since the Fitbit isn't good at sensing things like situps, pushups, and other floor work. I shouldn't have missed much.
Today I try the Costco cantaloupe and give it one more chance. It looks good.
Nummy! I had a Narmer for dinner tonight!
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, sourdough English muffin, 1 tbl Jif PB, peach
12:30 pm Chocolate caramel from Kaap's
2:00 pm 2 Finn Crisp wafers, 2 chocolate pizzelles
4:45 pm Calcium chew
7:30 pm Narmer, no mayo, honey wheat bread, plum, sugar free Jello dark chocolate pudding cup, 8 oz skim milk
