I had to fight every step of the way to go down and exercise this morning. I did compromise by choosing a slightly less intense DVD than my usual Wed morning fare. My body feels achy and doesn't want to move. My right knee is stiffer than usual. Ugh! At least I did it.
Birthday lunch today for Sue the nurse who usually specifies a trip to an ice cream shop for dessert after.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, slice Swedish tea ring, coffee
11:45 am Chicken pesto wrap
12:45 pm Large scoop chocolate caramel cashew ice cream
7:15 pm 4.25 oz extra lean ground beef, .5 oz shredded asiago, wheat bun, 1 tbl black bean roasted corn salsa, 1/4 c beans, 3 oz baby carrots, 12 oz skim milk

Walk to and from ice cream shop - 10 min total?
