Today I was reading a SparkPeople email and there was a quote, "Are you slumping right now? Sit up straight! Now doesn't that feel better?" I guess I, too, have ventured into getting (and taking) good advice from my computer.
Made up for changing out my more vigorous DVD yesterday by doing it today.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 99 g blackberries, coffee
9:00 am 2 caramel pizzelles, 1 pc cinnamon snack toast
12:45 pm Vanilla soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tsp soft margarine, 101 g raspberries
4:45 pm Peach sangria, chocolate calcium chew
6:15 pm 3.5 oz grilled catfish filets, 1/2 c grilled sweet potato cubes, 1/8 c grilled Vidalia onions, 1/4 c grilled portabella mushrooms, drizzle olive oil, 3/4 c sauteed snap peas, 1/4 tbl butter, 12 oz skim milk
7:45 pm Lemon ice w/raspberry topping
