It was harder than usual to get through exercise this morning. Body didn't really want to move that much. But I did it. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, slice Swedish tea ring, coffee 9:30 am 2 caramel pizzelles 12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin toast, 2 tsp soft margarine, 102 g raspberries 1:00 pm 1 Dove egg 3:00 pm 2 Fiesta malted milk eggs 7:30 pm Margarita, pollo con mole chicken breast, 1/2 c refried beans w/cheese, 1/2 c Mexican rice Exercise: 4:50-5:40 am Jane Fonda Original Workout video 5:05-5:25 pm Walk to Pilates 5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class 6:50-7:10 pm Walk home
