Had much fun at dinner last night at Christian's. They brought out a "snack" course in the middle of the meal with a little fresh potato dumpling with a port wine reduction drizzled on the plate, a savory snack that looked like a dessert. We had a lot of fun with Michael and will try to get together more often that way. We so enjoy our Madison dinners with you that it is nice to do something similar with Michael even though we're all in the same town. Decided not to get up to exercise this morning as I didn't sleep very well again. I had really expected the temperature to drop more in the night. There was a nice gentle breeze coming through the window, but not enough to encourage deep sleep. There, laundry is done to this point so I can relax on our camping weekend without a full complement of laundry to do on my return. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, sourdough English muffin, 1 tbl Jif PB, 166 g strawberries 2:45 pm S'more 5:00 pm Calcium chew, peach sangria 6:30 pm 4.5 oz extra lean ground beef, basil, 1 tbl shredded Asiago, 100% whole wheat Sandwich Thin, arugula, 1/2 c Grillin' Beans, 2.25 oz baby carrots, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 7:10-7:20 pm Walk to Rich's 7:25-7:35 pm Walk back home 7:40-8:00 pm Walk around neighborhood
