I slept so well last night! Sometimes the simplest pleasures such as good quality sleep are the best. After a long, hard day at work yesterday, a nice hike at Rib, a good meal at the Dane, it was a perfect button on the day. I just couldn't give it up at 4:30 to exercise so I took the extra hour to make an 8-hour night. I have Walk Wisconsin tomorrow and maybe some kind of walk tonight. This morning I'm meeting a client for breakfast and she is disillusioned with her previous regular restaurant so we're going to McD's so I can finally try the blueberry oatmeal. I've walked 250 miles since I got my Fitbit. Just earned my badge today. Food: 6:45 am 1/4 med cantaloupe, 80 g raspberries, coffee 8:15 pm McDonald's blueberry walnut oatmeal, 1 creamer, coffee 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 47 g date scone, 2 oz Jarlsberg, 148 g strawberries 4:45 pm Calcium chew 6:30 pm 1/2 glass sangria, 4 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 c grilled sweet potatoes/Vidalia onions, 5 small spears grilled asparagus, 1 tsp olive oil, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 7:10-8:20 pm Walk to Schmeeckle and back with Dad
