Sat 2 Feb

Amazing that you can sleep practically all day and still sleep at night as well. Then when you get up and eat breakfast, 45 min later you're thinking about a nap. The nice thing is that these type of viruses are usually only 24 to 48 hours. I haven't been bothered further by stomach cramps since that first episode, so I expect I will improve today. I did let Mary Hofer know that I'm not likely to be up to going to the play with her tonight though. Food: 7:15 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/4 c fresh blueberries, 2 oz almond milk 4:00 pm Yoplait Grasshopper parfait 6:30 pm 86 g ham, 1 Effie's Oatcake
