Enough with the cold already! Time to move on to moderation and spring temps. I think I have a mild yeast infection, but it's too cold to go to a store to buy some cream for it. I've been taking the probiotic pills we have left, but I don't think that's enough.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice homemade whole wheat bread, 40 g Gouda, 145 g strawberries
1:15 pm Dark chocolate sea salt caramel
3:00 pm 1 Ferrero Rocher candy
5:00 pm 3 white chocolate peppermint M&Ms
5:15 pm 164 g spinach cheese ravioli, 1/2 tbl butter, garlic, 3/4 c Pictsweet spring vegetable mix, 12 oz skim milk
