Ash Wednesday today, and a busy day at that. Church at 5:00 right after work, followed by voice lesson at 6:00 so supper will be late. Good for me to get a little hungry for a change. Did my normal breakfast as it's not that large anyway. Will likely eat a relatively normal home lunch also. Main aspect of fasting for me is nothing in between.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice Brownberry 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl Jif, orange
7:00 pm 2 large farm fresh eggs, 2 slices Brownberry 100% whole wheat toast, 2 tsp soft margarine
