I have a fancy new toilet seat, with warmed seat, warm water bidet and warm air dryer. Fun! In reading the instructions, the normal running time is 2 min of washing and 3 min of air drying. It will be a trick to get myself to sit still for 5 min after I finish what I came for.
Arms are sore this morning after workout. More than usual lifting of small weights. Good for me.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:15 am 10 g dark chocolate covered soy nuts
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 3 multigrain crackers, 1 oz sweet tomato chevre, 133 g strawberries
12:45 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
3:15 pm 3 Moravian dark chocolate cookies
5:30 pm 1 serving Fusia shrimp lo mein, 12 oz skim milk
