Managed to get up the half hour earlier than usual, so I'll give the yoga class at work a try. Hope I'm not the only one who shows up. And tonight I get a massage, so maybe the tension in my shoulders and upper back will finally subside a bit.
Food:
6:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Vanilla soy shake, 1 c Campbell's Select Harvest Light Maryland crab soup, 2 fig bars, 128 g strawberries
12:30 pm 1 pc chocolates, 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
2:00 pm See's pumpkin lollipop
4:00 pm Lindt dark chocolate mint truffle
6:00 pm Macaroni n' cheese, Gala apple (Vitamix sauce), 12 oz skim milk
