Short work weeks are always something to look forward to. We have Cedarburg scheduled for Thurs/Fri so we only have to work three days this week. I can deal with that. Stupid fucking snow! Oh, it felt good to say that. I was stuck for about 15 min on Reserve St til Dad came and pushed me out. I got stuck again in the driveway where the plow had been through so I had to shovel my way in. I've had enough, thanks. Food: 7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am 1/3 veggie cheese omelet (leftover), 1/2 c hash browns, peach soy shake 12:30 pm 1 Bailey's chocolate, 6 chocolate covered espresso beans 3:15 pm 3/4 c chocolate Fiber One dry cereal 7:45 pm 1 large piece leftover sausage/mushroom/tomato thin crust pizza, chocolate raspberry Greek blend yogurt Exercise: 4:50-6:00 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video 5:25-6:00 pm Jessica Smith Power Walk YouTube
