My back hurts more this morning than yesterday, even though it was almost feeling healthy at the end of the day yesterday. I tried to do a dance DVD which requires more twisting and jerking than the aerobics, and it was probably a mistake. I'm doing ibuprofen this morning which I didn't need yesterday, but hopefully it will even the playing field again.
Unexpectedly had to take a client to see the eye doctor in Wausau, so had to grab a quick lunch from Kwik Trip en route. Not the greatest nutritional option, especially since I had zero time to choose. The sandwich was the daily special and the krispie treats were inopportunely placed by the checkout, on sale for $1. Couldn't wait to get back to drink my water as I'm getting the afternoon sleepies big time from dehydration.
Food:
6:45 am 1/2 chocolate babka (72 g), 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:30 am 3/4 c Fiber One chocolate dry cereal
1:15 pm Kwik Trip BBQ rib sandwich, .6 large Krispie treat
6:25 pm Chocolate raspberry Greek blend yogurt, 155 g strawberries, clementine, Babybel Light
