Back is slowly progressing, not whole yet. Amazing how much it affects simple daily movement when pain is involved. Still can't manage reverse trunk curls.
Food:
7:10 am Gibassier pastry, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, chocolate chip espresso muffin, caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt, clementine
3:00 pm 3/4 c Fiber One chocolate dry cereal
6:30 pm 3 oz beef brisket w/caramelized onion sauce, 1/2 c quick cook faro w/onions & garlic, 5 spears roasted asparagus
