This morning I was tired and forgot to clip my Fitbit onto my sports bra so I didn't get credit for about 4500 steps of my usual Monday morning exercise routine. Damn! It's only the second time I've done that (I think) but it's really frustrating not to get the steps onto the counter.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:30 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 2 slices Earth Friendly bread, 1/2 tbl butter, 1 slice Dubliner cheddar
12:15 pm 1 pc Kaap's chocolates
1:00 pm See's chocolate orange lollipop
6:15 pm Beef stew, 1/2 c homemade applesauce, 6 oz viognier/chenin blanc
