Tonight is the Evening of Chocolate Decadence at the Country Club as a fundraiser for the Epilepsy Association. Looking forward to sampling lots of goodies. They include providers for savories as well so you can eat "dinner" there with less guilt.
Home from the annual overdose of chocolate and sweets. We were extremely lucky this year and each won a gift basket from the raffle, coincidentally the two baskets with gorgeous wooden handmade bowls and a goblet from the woodcrafter who sat at the table next to us. The craftsmanship is beautiful! I suppose sleep will be hard to come by with the sugar/caffeine load from all that chocolate, but I go off to try.
Food:
6:45 am Steel cut oatmeal w/protein powder, flaxseed meal, 1/3 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:00 am 3/4 c chocolate Fiber One dry cereal
12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, mac n cheese
3:15 pm 16 oz unsweetened iced tea
4:30 pm 1 Toffifee candy
