We had a very nice evening at the Chef's Dinner at 212. We had assigned seating at a long table and the couple next to us were a very nice young couple with whom we enjoyed lively conversation all evening. They had similar interests to ours and were lots of fun. The food was excellent and the wine was plentiful. The chocolate creme brûlée was lovely, but I don't think my life is substantially different in spite of the chef's certainty that this chocolate would change our lives. I feel pretty much the same, maybe a pound or two heavier? I really enjoy the Jessica Smith YouTube workouts. She offers such a wide variety that there is no need for boredom and she also offers a variety of intensities, though even the plain walks are at least moderate.
