A wee bit tired today, but not too bad. Looking forward to Apple Fest in Bayfield this weekend. Three successful days so far in cutting back on food intake appropriately. Started getting a little hungry toward the end of yesterday, but okay again after dinner. Will not cut back far enough to be hungry all the time, but need to get moving on losing a few of these extra pounds that have found their way back after vacations. Food: 6:55 am 3/4 c Heritage flakes, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, 99 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 slice Swiss cheese, 1/8 c grilled onions, 1/8 c sautéed mushrooms, lettuce leaf, sm tomato slice, bun, 1 c fruit salad, 3 sm bites chocolate cake 6:00 pm 5 pc Kamikaze roll, 4 pc Canada roll, 4 pc Manhattan roll, 5 oz Relax riesling Exercise: 4:50-5:45 am Kristi Yamaguchi Workout DVD 5:25-6:00 pm Walk to Tokyo Steak House 6:30-6:55 pm Walk home
