Suicide prevention meeting this morning at PCCHSD. Decided I will go to the gym afterwards even if there's only time for Body Pump. It's good to get the third strength training session in even without the cardio. Food: 7:20 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee 2:00 pm 1/2 grapefruit, 45 g manchego 6:15 pm Orecchiette pasta w/cheese Exercise: 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
