Really didn't want to get out of bed this morning, an unusual occurrence since I get plenty of sleep these days. Hope I have adequate energy at the gym. Did manage to finally shave my legs this morning, badly needed. Food: 8:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Risotto w/bay scallops and sautéed shiitake mushrooms 5:30 pm 10 turkey meatballs, tomato basil sauce, grated parmesan, green salad, 6 oz zinfandel Exercise: 9:05-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
