Done with holiday weeks and back to the 5-day-workweek grind. Can't say I'm particularly sorry about that this year. Several days of milder weather here to ease into it as well. A little easier to sleep without the heat kicking on several times in the night.
Food:
8:00 am Cranberry orange bisconie, 101 g blackberries, coffee
2:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, 1/2 grapefruit, slice 3 Kings bread
Exercise:
9:05-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
