Supposed to get warmer temps today (only) so hopefully we'll enjoy it. Tomorrow should be not quite as warm but still better than usual. For some reason, I'm really sleepy today.
Food:
7:55 am 1 c Quaker Oat Sqares, 1/2 c soy milk, 100 g blackberries, coffee
1:05 pm 2 scrambled eggs w/lion's mane mushroom, 1/2 grapefruit, slice 3 Kings bread
4:15 pm 3 pfeffernusse
5:50 pm 1/2 veggie thin crust small pizza, 8 ox hard cider
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
