I did a Pilates mat yesterday and my lower back stiffness is completely gone. I swear Patrick has probably never experienced a sore lower back in his life since he does the mat work almost daily. It is so hard to convince myself to do it when I'm stiff, and yet it so immediately remedies the situation that I always beat myself up for waiting. Food: 7:55 am Cranberry orange bisconie, 100 g blackberries, coffee 12:05 pm 2 scrambled eggs, slice 3 Kings bread Exercise: 10:30-10:40 am Walk to Jefferson 11:50-12:00 pm Walk home
