Might go to Appleton on Saturday to use our beer voucher, but I need to confirm that they'll be open this time. No more "closed for remodeling" adventures. This morning at gym they had a roving trainer who stopped by to give me advice on the treadmill to walk at a more normal (slower) pace but to increase the incline as much as I can to burn more calories, engage the glutes. Food: 7:50 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:25 pm Mushroom wild rice soup, brownie 5:30 pm Beef stew, brownie Exercise: 9:00-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
