Brrr, October. Mmm, hot coffee. I'm proud of myself for continuing to get up early on weekdays to exercise. Yesterday I had over 10,000 steps on the pedometer in addition to the 5000 step equivalent exercise. I really did have more energy during the day, but that may have occurred even without the morning exercise, hard to say.
Food:
7:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, maple walnut mini-scone, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm 8 pc crunchy spicy crab roll sushi, 1 c miso soup w/seaweed, 1 tbl tofu, mushrooms and green onions, 2.5 oz beef, 1/2 c cabbage, 1/2 c mushrooms, 1 tbl scallions, 2 c tea
1:00 pm 1 butterscotch candy
2:45 pm Jello sugar free mochaccino pudding cup
5:00 pm 1 Reese's miniature PB cup
6:00 pm 2.5 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 c homemade applesauce, 2 oz sweet potato fries, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
