Another Monday morning, oh joy. Thinking of Rick Williams, former CSP worker who switched to Intensive In-Home worker in January. He is retiring on Friday so this is his last Monday morning to drag out and start a week. Can't quite conceive of how that must feel. Still seems a bit too soon to be seriously considering it.
A coworker brought in a Monday treat - homemade banana bars. Couldn't resist.
I really enjoyed eating dinner outside in a short sleeve shirt, skirt, bare feet enjoying the breeze (actually wind is more like it).
Food:
7:00 am 113 g chocolate chip brioche, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
8:45 am Small square banana bar
10:45 am 16 oz iced skim latte
11:45 am 2 crab rangoon, 1/2 c garlic beans, 2 tempura sweet potato slices, 1/2 oz hibachi beef, 1 c hibachi mushrooms, 5 pc sushi
4:30 pm Mango Dum-Dum sucker
6:15 pm Cattleman's Ranch bacon-wrapped 6-oz beef tenderloin, large ear grilled corn, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 c Steamfresh brown rice, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 c Schwan's lemon frozen yogurt
