Tues 6 Sept

I'd forgotten what it's like to be chilly when you get up in the morning and have to sit on your hands to warm them up. I actually chose to wear shoes and socks instead of sandals today so I know the cooler weather is upon us. Now if the centipedes would only go away...


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 140 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Country Hearth 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, small banana
1:30 pm 1 pkg Cinna-Swirl rice cakes
4:45 pm 2 c kettle corn
7:00 pm 1/2 c chicken stew, small salad w/bleu cheese crumbles, sesame dinner roll, 10 oz skim milk, 1/2 c LiveSmart lemon frozen yogurt

5:30-6:45 pm Pilates class
