Cut my long routine a bit short this morning because I could really feel fatigue from the cold and my right leg hurt alternately in the knee, shin, and hip flexor. Thought I'd abort the lower body section and take the route of caution. Pushing through fatigue has merit, but can also lead to injury which I prefer to avoid. Might be able to hike tonight which would add some exercise time to the day.
Nice to get another little taste of somewhat warmer weather. At this point, I'll take anything I can get.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 144 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, morning bun, 2 plums
12:45 pm 1 sea salt caramel
3:00 pm 1 sample package Fiber One bran cereal
7:45 pm 1 c tomato mushroom bisque, 1/2 grilled cheese on multigrain bread w/tomatoes and pesto, 5 oz Oktoberfest beer
