Wed 14 Sept

The cooler weather has definitely arrived. Helps to have had a little taste of it a week or so ago followed by a little reprise of summer. This time it doesn't feel quite so rude. And at least there's sunshine.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 137 g strawberries, coffee
