Wed 7 Sept

Seems like energy is not as common a commodity as it used to be. Exercise and even just getting off to work takes more conscious prodding than before. Hopefully this is just a response to changing seasons.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 111 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, 2 slices Country Hearth 100% whole wheat bread, 1 egg, 1/4 c skim milk, 1 tbl maple syrup, 1 tsp soft margarine
2:45 pm 1 pkg ThinAddictives cranberry almond thins
7:30 pm 2 grilled lamb chops, 1/2 c grilled red potatoes, 1 tbl chopped onion, 1/2 tbl butter, 1 c zucchini, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 c LiveSmart lemon frozen yogurt
